Dallas, TX - AT&T today announced a new suite of collaboration tools named AT&T Collaborate™ that will become available to business customers in late April 2016. Services will be offered on a per seat basis with basic voice services and calling features at the core of each offering.

A number of enhancements will be available in the form of add-on packages which include:
AT&T Collaborate-Enhanced Voice – This package includes additional voice features for employees with more advanced requirements such as selective call acceptance, alternate numbers and instant group calls.
AT&T Collaborate-Unified Communications – Bundles features such as instant messaging, employee presence, desktop sharing and conferencing.
AT&T Collaborate-Contact Center – Basic agent and supervisor call center features as well as web client services.
AT&T Collaborate services will be available for almost all internet connected devices including smartphones and tablets. An online portal manager allows businesses to add, remove or make changes for each individual user seat instantly. All data and voice services are managed on the same AT&T cloud for enhanced quality and availability.
